• Details you give us. Once you have used your free label PDFs, we ask for your first and last name, company name, email address and mobile number before you make more. We also receive whatever you include when you email or call us.
• Usage counts. Each time Label Cropper makes a PDF, it sends us the number of labels in it, together with a random identifier your browser creates for itself. That is how we count how many people use the tool and how many labels it has made. Nothing from your files is included, and the identifier is not your name, email or phone number.
• Information kept in your browser. Your recent PDFs are kept in your browser for 30 minutes so you can download or print them again, and are then deleted automatically. Your print settings are saved in your browser too. The Site also remembers how many PDFs you have made and whether you have submitted your details, so it knows when to ask. None of this is sent to us.
• Technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver the Site receive the standard information every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It is used to keep the Site working and secure.

• to provide the Services, including knowing when your free PDFs have been used;
• to reply to you, and to contact you about your use of Ecommango and other Flomiz products;
• with your consent, to send you product news and offers — you can opt out at any time;
• to understand, in aggregate, how the Services are used, and to improve them;
• to keep the Services secure and prevent abuse;
• to comply with our legal obligations under Indian law.

We process personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit your details, and for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act permits. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. We share it only with:

• service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting and email delivery, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• authorities, where the law or a valid legal process requires it;
• a successor entity if Flomiz is merged or acquired, subject to this Policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, and the Site runs no third-party analytics or ad trackers. Your browser’s storage is used only where a tool needs it:

• the Site’s count of your PDFs and whether you have submitted your details (local storage);
• Label Cropper’s print settings (a cookie) and its random identifier (local storage), set by Label Cropper, which is served from app.flomiz.com;
• your recent PDFs, for 30 minutes (your browser’s own database).

You can clear all of it at any time from your browser’s settings. Doing so removes your saved print settings and recent PDFs.

The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the data we hold is restricted to the people who need it. Because Label Cropper works inside your browser, your label files are never exposed to our systems in the first place. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the authorities where the DPDP Act requires it.

• Your details — for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
• Usage counts — as totals: how many people have used Label Cropper and how many labels it has made.
• Technical logs — for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting.
• Information in your browser — on your device until you clear it. Recent PDFs are deleted after 30 minutes.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
• have personal data that is no longer needed erased;
• withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it;
• nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
• raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.

The Services are business tools for sellers and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

The Site links to other websites, such as the marketplaces whose labels Label Cropper handles, and their own policies apply there. Label Cropper loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google receives the standard technical information any web request carries.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect.
