The Site describes Flomiz’s tools for ecommerce sellers and offers free online tools such as Label Cropper, which crops marketplace shipping-label PDFs into print-ready labels. Label Cropper is provided by the Flomiz platform and runs inside your browser.

Features marked “Coming soon” are not available yet. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Label Cropper is free to use for a number of PDFs. After that, we ask for your details — your name, company name, email address and mobile number — before you make more. The details you give must be accurate and your own, or ones you are authorised to give.

We may change the free allowance, or limit or withdraw free use, at any time. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You keep every right to the label files you use with Label Cropper. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us, so we claim no rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you open.

We are not responsible for mis-shipments, courier or marketplace rejections, penalties, or other losses that arise from labels you print.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for anything unlawful, or in breach of a marketplace’s or courier’s rules;
• process files you are not authorised to use;
• probe, overload, disrupt or interfere with the Services, or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the Services, or get around the free-use limits or any other technical measure;
• give false details, or details that belong to someone else without their permission.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Subscriptions to the Flomiz platform, including any paid plans for the tools described on the Site, are governed by the Flomiz Terms of Service, including their payment, renewal and refund terms. For those products, the Flomiz Terms of Service prevail over these Terms.

The Site and the Services — their software, design, text and graphics, and the Ecommango and Flomiz names and logos — belong to FLOMIZ TECHNO LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for your own business. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplace names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which labels the Services work with. Ecommango is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

The Site links to websites and services that we do not control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that their output will meet the requirements of any marketplace or courier. Nothing on the Site is tax, legal or accounting advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or shipments. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the twelve (12) months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if the law requires it. The sections that by their nature should continue — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of FLOMIZ TECHNO LLP in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receiving it.
